Very detailed in their inspection. Meticulous in documenting with descriptions and photos of inspected items. Small cracks, temperatures of heating and cooling, and things that I would not have noticed easily. Pricing seems kind of high but I definitely got more than I expected. They also did my daughter’s house and the same amount of detail went into it. Even mentioned a screw sticking up on the roof. That is how detailed they are. |

This guy Lilio did a terrible job on my home inspection. Overall there were several thousand dollars worth of repairs I will have to pay for out of my own pocket. I would not recommend you trust his work. Among other things, he missed a water spot on my ceiling, and he missed that the water softener was broken and one the the refrigerators were broken. I am a military member purchasing a home without having been able to see the property in person. Lilio and his team were suggested by my realtor, Wandy Tumlin, and they were fantastic. Lilio completed the inspection and he and his team briefed me on the results the day of from the home over video conference. Then after the report was complete Lilio reviewed the report with me answering my questions regarding any areas of concern. At the time of the initial inspection the new roof had not been installed. Lilio re-inspected the roof following the installation at no additional charge and updated all required supporting documentation in short order to support our march to closing on the home. Due to past experiences in home buying and selling I have avoided it my entire career. Since we weren't able to travel to see the home in person the inspection became even more important and my only legal recourse if something of issue was found. The in depth report and Lilio's responsiveness, knowledge, and professionalism gave me confidence in our choice to proceed with the purchase of the home. |
