Alec is trained and certified by the National Institute of Building Inspectors (NIBI), and licensed in both North Carolina and South Carolina as a Home Inspector. Before becoming a home inspector, Alec worked in construction project management in the water/wastewater industry working on various treatment plant and pump station projects in the Charlotte area. Alec obtained his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from UNC Charlotte. He uses his experience and attention to detail to provide thorough inspections to clients. In his spare time, Alec enjoys working on home improvement projects, and any outdoor activities with his wife including hiking, fishing, and going to the beach.
