RICHARD GOLUMBIA has lived in Calgary & Canmore for the past 45 years. He was a Carpenter/Contractor in Banff/Canmore before joining HouseMaster in 1994. In addition to being the regional manager of the HouseMaster Calgary team, Richard was Trained & Certified by NIBI, is a licenced Registered Home Inspector (RHI) with CAHPI National, a Professional Home Inspector with APHIS Alberta, a Certified Level 1 Thermographer, and a ESA Certified Mold Inspector. Richard achieved Canadian National Certification in 2008. Richard enjoys skiing, hiking, biking & saliling. He has 6 children & 13 grandchildren. Alberta Home Inspector Licence #332296.
