John has a Master's Degree in City Planning from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan, and has over 15 years of experience as a construction consultant. With over 25 years of experience in the Home Inspection Industry, John has personally performed over 10,000 home inspections on structures of all types: from multi-family apartment homes, single family homes and multi-million dollar residences. John is certified by the National Institute of Building Inspectors (NIBI Certificate #191) and by the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI Certificate #2764, HUD/FHA CERTIFICATE i594, NACA CERTIFICATE 122708).
