Christian is the owner and lead inspector for HouseMaster Serving Wilmington. He graduated from the Air Force Academy with a degree in Systems Engineering and served for 6 years. After leaving the Air Force he worked in a variety of construction fields renovating homes. He passed his general contractor test and then quickly decided he would rather be on the front end and help homeowners find issues before they evolved into larger and more expensive problems. He loves serving and educating all of his clients, whether they are looking to buy a home, sell, or maintain their current home. He and his wife Caroline have one daughter and three dogs and love spending time outside and finding new adventures.

Duke is the Head of Security and reigning employee of the year—a controversial selection given that he his blind and lets everyone through all access points whether they have credentials or not. He enjoys being the best dog anybody has ever had and loves to play fetch even though he is not very good at it. -
Oakley
Chief Morale Officer
Oakley is the Chief Morale Officer. As the true alpha of the team, she is quite judgy and excels at enforcing the proper hierarchy which she created while permitting everyone to still enjoy life freely (within reason). She enjoys being lazy and spending time with the family as long as the noise is kept at a reasonable volume. -
Benjamin
Chief Nuisance Officer
Benjamin is the Chief Nuisance Officer. He has an incredible drive to keep himself busy and entertained which often results in reasonably high veterinary bills. A natural hunter, he keeps the local squirrel and bird activity in check with his daily oversight and perimeter checks. He is quite cuddly and loving whenever he is able to sit still.
