Constantine "Dino" Kaoukakis has lived in the Putnam and Westchester area all his life, and now resides in Dutchess with his wife and two sons. Dino’s immediate qualifications stem from the NIBI training and certification. In addition, Dino has in-depth knowledge from experience in roofing, carpentry, plumbing, septic systems, and masonry work. This wide variety of skills started by working with his father’s painting and carpentry company, then a job at a home improvement business, where he learned much of how the home works.
Prior to joining the HouseMaster team as an owner, he held a successful career in the Aerospace and Defense Industry where his role was to facilitate the movement of goods and services for the U.S. Military. Dino saw the due diligence needed for government contractual compliance and skilled communication, along with his residential contracting experience, as a perfect fit for the trust, attention to detail, and safety required in a quality home inspection.
Dino has always found a great sense of pride in helping others with what he knows. He looks forward to ensuring that buyers feel confident, well-informed, and protected when deciding to purchase their new home.
