Scott began his HouseMaster career with the Charlotte, NC office which had been a Chairman's Circle Award winner for many years. Scott is a Licensed NC Home Inspector(Lic. # 2730), a professionally trained and certified National Institute of Building Inspector (member # 173707RT), and a certified instructor for NIBI and Local Agencies. Additionally, he is a Licensed NC General Contractor (Lic. # 63587), holds certifications/credentials in Wood Destroying Insects (Certified Applicator for Wood Destroying Pests), Indoor Air Quality, Radon Measurement (NRSB - RMS #12SS011) and earned a BSIE in engineering from Clemson University. Scott has a building and construction background since 1993. Feeling the sincerity of giving back to the local community, Scott has served groups such as Habitat for Humanity (even served as Gaston County Affiliate on their Site Development and Construction Committee) and the Boy Scouts of America as Den Leader. Aside from spending time with his wonderful family of a wife and 3 children, Scott enjoys many recreational activities including golf (as he is a P.G.A. Golf Professional), racing, football, off road dirt bike riding, and a host of others!
