Our Tulsa Home Inspection Team

Dan has been a home inspector in Oklahoma since 2002. In addition to personally performing thousands of home inspections, he was appointed by the Governor to sit on the State of Oklahoma Committee of Home Inspector Examiners, which develops and implements rules and regulations for home inspector licensing. Dan's tenure on this committee was from 2006 through 2012. Dan is also an active member of the Greater Tulsa Association of Realtors, serving on both the Education Committee and the Standard Forms Committee. He provides continuing education classes to realtors throughout the Tulsa Metro area and has had numerous articles published in the local newspapers.

Margaret is co-owner of HouseMaster of Tulsa. She oversees the entire HouseMaster operation. She is the head of our quality control process and her commitment to excellence drives the whole team to always strive to exceed expectations. When not steering the company Margaret loves being the best grandmother to her three grandchildren and best friend to her two beagles. She also enjoys ballroom dancing, camping and traveling with her husband Dan.

Dane came on board as a HouseMaster inspector in 2022. Dane interacts easily with everyone he encounters. Dane’s ability to communicate effectively with clients and realtors makes him an esteemed member of our team. Dane is certified by the National Institute of Building Inspectors and carries additional credentials as a Certified Mold Inspector and Certified Residential Radon Measurement Provider. Prior to coming on board with HouseMaster, Dane worked for 10 years as a Tulsa County Deputy Sheriff and several years as a project manager for a large Tulsa company. When Dane is not on a roof, in an attic or a crawlspace performing a home inspection, he and his wife Anne enjoy outdoor activities including traveling, hiking and sightseeing. Dane enjoys hunting with family and friends.

Kelly has been a HouseMaster Inspector since 2012. Kelly has the personality that always impresses our clients. His easy-going demeanor, light-hearted humor, contagious smile and ability to communicate effectively makes him a valued team member of HouseMaster. Kelly is certified by the National Institute of Building Inspectors and carries additional credentials as a Certified Mold Inspector and Certified Residential Radon Measurement Provider. Prior to coming on board with HouseMaster, Kelly's industry background includes being a carpenter, a realtor, commercial salesman for 84 Lumber and a wildlife removal specialist. When Kelly is not on a roof, in an attic or a crawlspace performing a home inspection, he and his daughter are inseparable as they enjoy camping, fishing and all things that an adolescent young lady likes to do.

Shannon came on board as our office manager in 2012. Shannon is the voice of HouseMaster on the phone. She interfaces with our clients, realtors, and vendors to schedule and follow up on the inspections for our team. Her attention to detail ensures that we provide the absolute best customer service in the industry. Shannon's great giving heart is the compass for raising her teenage son and she is always the first volunteer to assist her and her husband's extended families.

Dawn joined HouseMaster in 2023 as our Marketing Director. Her outgoing personality, attention to detail, ease of communication, high spirited energy and social networking skills are the perfect ingredients for marketing success. Dawn’s background is what makes her the ideal person for this position. She has worn many hats over the years and was known as “The Hat Lady” as an active realtor for 15 years with McGraw Realtors. She is currently a retired agent but stays abreast of the industry. When Dawn is not doing all things marketing for HouseMaster, she also spends her time being the best Nana to 4 granddaughters. Dawn and her husband, Phar are avid ballroom dancers and world travelers.
