Garrett Daly joined HouseMaster in 2015 and brings extensive hands-on experience to every inspection. As a certified Master Home Inspector, septic inspector, and radon-certified professional, Garrett is known for his attention to detail, commitment to safety, and ability to help homeowners make confident, informed decisions. His approach is thorough, accurate, and focused on providing clarity and peace of mind throughout the inspection process. Garrett is married, has two children, and resides in Knightdale, NC. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time at the beach, skiing when he gets the chance, and catching a good game—especially when the Patriots are playing.

Crystal Daly joined HouseMaster in 2015 and serves as Owner, Office Manager, and Chief Marketing Coordinator. She oversees office operations and leads marketing efforts, helping ensure every client experience is organized, informative, and seamless from start to finish. Crystal plays a key role in keeping the business running smoothly while supporting both clients and the inspection team. Crystal is married to Garrett, and together they are raising two children in Knightdale, NC. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, relaxing at the beach, reading motivational books, spending time with their dog Tyson, and finding ways to give back to the community.

Amber Thomas joined HouseMaster in 2022 and serves as the Client Care Coordinator, supporting clients from scheduling through inspection completion. She is known for her friendly communication style and dedication to creating a positive, stress-free experience for homeowners. Amber helps keep daily operations running smoothly while ensuring clients always feel informed and supported. Amber is married, has two children, and resides in Zebulon, NC. Outside of work, she enjoys cheering on her kids at sporting events, hosting game nights with friends, and spending time connecting with family and loved ones.

Owen Hibberd joined HouseMaster in 2016 and serves as the Lead Home Inspector. With years of field experience, Owen brings a strong focus on accuracy, consistency, and thorough inspections. He has built a reputation as a trusted resource for homeowners, buyers, and real estate professionals through his dependable and detail-oriented approach. Owen is married, has four children, and resides in Apex, NC. Balancing family life with leadership in the field has shaped his strong sense of responsibility, communication, and professionalism.

Jeremy “Jay” Howard joined HouseMaster in 2022, bringing a background rooted in service and attention to detail. Before entering the inspection field, Jay served as a Sheriff, where he developed strong investigative skills and a deep respect for public safety. That experience now informs his methodical, thorough approach to both home and septic inspections. Jay is married, has five children, and resides in Lillington, NC. He and his wife also share a passion for raising boxer dogs through a small, care-focused breeding program. Outside of work, Jay enjoys traveling and cruising, using those opportunities to recharge and spend quality time with his family.

Quentin Tully joined HouseMaster in 2023 and has completed more than 1,000 inspections since then. He takes pride in delivering clear, reliable evaluations and helping homeowners and buyers feel confident throughout the inspection process. Quentin is known for his efficiency, professionalism, and ability to explain findings in a straightforward, approachable way. Quentin resides in Wendell, NC and is a husband and father of two. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling with his family, spending time at the beach, and gathering with loved ones. He also enjoys trivia and learning new things whenever he can.

Jacob Tarr began his career with HouseMaster Home Inspections in Savannah, Georgia, where he served homeowners across the area before relocating to Raleigh, North Carolina. He continues to bring the same dedication, experience, and attention to detail that shaped his early career, providing inspections clients can trust. Jacob is married and recently welcomed a baby girl. His home also includes two dogs who keep things lively. Outside of work, Jacob enjoys exploring national parks, hiking new trails, and spending as much time outdoors as possible.

Stuart Feild relocated to North Carolina after building a successful inspection career in Texas, including experience with one of the state’s largest home inspection companies. His background as a real estate agent gives him a well-rounded perspective on the home-buying process, helping him communicate clearly and focus on the details that matter most to clients. Stuart is married and enjoys visiting antique shops, estate sales, and local farmers markets. He and his wife are hands-on renovators, currently working through home projects together.

Kris Price brings a strong background in construction to his role as a home inspector with HouseMaster. His hands-on experience provides a practical understanding of how homes are built, maintained, and repaired, allowing him to deliver thorough, honest, and easy-to-understand inspections. Kris is married to a dedicated teacher and enjoys spending time with his children and grandkids. Outside of work, he loves traveling to the beach, soaking up the sun, and sharing a good laugh.
