When building a home (either a spec home or custom), HouseMaster team goes above and beyond the basic run-of-the-mill inspection. Excellent job performing detailed assessments and observations and their inspection begins from the beginning the rebars and shoes are installed before the concrete pour to the final last touch up paint job in the interior home. Their inspection report are uniquely very detailed and not the average inspection reports folks normally get from a copy and paste template. They were able to catch many flaws by the builder. Their report is so spot on, that the builder relied heavily on their reports. Unquestionably, I would hire them again. |
