Chris has been inspecting properties for over 25 years and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his inspections. He is a State of New Mexico licensed inspector (HI00064) and is also certified by the National Institute of Building Inspectors. In addition, he holds state, national certifications and licensing for radon testing and wood destroying insect inspections.
