Birmingham, Al.

Not my first house purchase, but was the first inspection that I recieved where I felt like the inspector worked for me. Not only was the inspection very thorough, but the inspector took the time to explain what he was seeing as he inspected various items, the issues that were being listed (especially if rated poor) and answered all of my questions as we went along.
