On Friday, December 7, Paul and Lisa Miranda of HouseMaster Rhode Island were joined by over 75 members for breakfast at the Newport Car Museum in Portsmouth. Members of Newport County Board of Realtors learned how to prepare their home for winter like a pro. Captain Christopher Garofalo, Interim Captain of Fire Prevention at the Newport Fire Department spoke about the minimum number of smoke detectors and where detectors should be placed. The founder of the Newport Car Museum Gunther Buerman shared the history of the Museum.  After breakfast attendees were given a tour of the museum and were able to try the museum’s new golf simulation room with golf pros on hand for attendees.  A great time was had by all!
