Bob Mastin lives in Newmarket, NH with his wife Jan and their two dogs, Zoe and Lily. Bob has been working as a professional home inspector for HouseMaster for over 12 years and to date has completed over 4,000 residential and commercial inspections. Bob graduated from The University of New Hampshire with a business degree. He has since applied that knowledge; he has owned a very successful convenience store and catering company for twenty-five plus years and currently owns and manages several apartment buildings in the seacoast area. Bob has also completed numerous renovations on his properties over the years which required proper planning and management of contractors and other tradesmen which has given him a unique and comprehensive knowledge of the entire homeownership picture. His vast knowledge of the building trades has proven to be an important asset to the HouseMaster team. In addition, Bob is also employed at Keller Williams Coastal Realty in Portsmouth NH and is a licensed Real Estate agent in NH, Maine, and Massachusetts. He has two sons, Corey and Chad, and three step-children, Adam, Troy, and Tina. Corey graduated from Franklin Pierce College with a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy and works for the Rockingham VNA and Hospice. Chad graduated from Bentley College with a degree in Business and works for Liberty Mutual. Adam works for the Portsmouth School District in the maintenance department. Troy graduated from Kansas University with a Doctorate degree in Child Psychology and has a private practice in Lexington, MA, and also works as the Child Psychologist for the Georgetown School District. Tina graduated from Plymouth State College with a degree in Business and also from Great Bay Community College as a Licensed Massage Therapist. Her business is located in Dover, NH. In his limited spare time, Bob enjoys Hunting, Fishing, and spending time with his nine grandchildren.
