Some of the items on the report were not correct. Inspector did not ask about the ceiling fan in the living room, which is operational, when the power switch on the wall is on. Also the master bathroom light he said did not work does work...the light switch for it is outside the laundry room hall and not in the bathroom. I sent the information to inspector about the hot water heater and that information was not included in the report....although I knew it was not inspected. I do feel the inspector was very thorough in all respects. It would be helpful if on the report there was more detail to what each of the categories meant....like the difference between fair and poor. I wish I had more instruction and direction of how to go about prioritizing the repairs. |

If you are in need of a home inspection, look no further because Donald Lattarulo, Licensed Home Inspector from HouseMaster's is your man! He is extremely knowledgeable about various aspects of your property including, but limited to structural, electrical, plumbing hazards, heating and cooling systems, wood destroying insects (powder post beetles; termites), radon, appropriate roofing and gutters, chimney and fireplaces, lead exposure, roof and attic inspection as well as buried oil and water well tanks. I have had several homes inspected in New Jersey; New York; Park City, Utah; Key West, Florida and Baltimore, Maryland and I have never received such a detailed report with accompanying images and recommendations for improvements. Donald was personable and professional as well as a pleasure to work with. I feel confident with his home inspection and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a home inspection. |
