Joe has been a HouseMaster Franchisee since 1992. He has personally performed over 10,000 home inspections. Joe is also a licensed residential builder. He services the Columbia, Lexington and Irmo areas of South Carolina.
Kevin joined the HouseMaster team in 2005. He has over 20 years experience in the residential and commercial construction industry. Kevin has conducted over 5000 home inspections and is also a certified mold inspector. Kevin services the Sumter, Florence and Lake Marion areas of South Carolina.
