Texas Real Estate Commission Consumer Protection Notice

We recently had Mr. Stephen Frank do a home inspection for us. As a home owner, this was thethird time that I had a home inspection done for a property that I own or was buying. By comparison this one was by far the best. Mr. Frank and his colleague went through the property in great detail. When they were finished they spent over a half hour explaining the flaws that they found and used photographs to illustrate all problems that needed to be addressed. I give Mr. Frank of House Master my highest recommendation and will use him exclusively in the future.

Your inspection was thorough and professional. Your detailed report and photos alerted me to many small and some big expensive issues the house has. Better to know now than face a bigger, surprise problem in the future. I would recommend you to anyone.
