Zak Karto is the newest member of the HousterMaster of Dayton office serving the Greater Dayton Metropolitan area. He brings a wealth of planning, construction, and real estate knowledge to the team. Zak is a graduate of The Ohio State University’s Knowlton School of Architecture with a degree in City and Regional Planning focusing on Land Use and Sustainability Planning. Zak also has advanced Master’s course study in Architecture and Environmental Design from Kent State University allowing him to bring an even greater attention to detail to each one of his inspections. Zak has returned to his home state of Ohio after gaining invaluable experience as a Zoning Planner for the county government in Collier County, Fl, where he worked with the county’s Growth Management Department to evaluate all residential structures for compliance with local and state building codes and regulations.
