HouseMaster is  currently seeking a Field Marketing Representative to assist with the expansion of our service in the Toronto area. This position will be responsible for in-the-field, face-to-face marketing efforts with real estate professionals and their offices. A strong candidate will be outgoing, personable and motivated.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The field marketing rep is responsible for promoting HouseMaster services to those who work with potential home buyers, including but not limited to:

 Realtors
 Lenders
 Attorneys
 Other real estate service providers

The field marketing rep will work with the local owner to create, implement and maintain an achievable marketing plan that will
lead to growth in revenue, increased visibility and enhanced reputation. Responsibilities include:

 Driving to a minimum number of offices per designated time period
 Scheduling “office talks”
 Attend industry networking functions
 Compiling and distributing marketing give-a- ways
 As time permits, book home inspections

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
2+ years of business, sales or marketing experience preferred
Degree in Marketing or Sales (college student is acceptable)
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

PREFERRED SKILLS
Effective, versatile, and action-oriented
Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with business relations

ADDITIONAL NOTES
Valid driver’s license and a reliable automobile are required to be considered for this position
