Tim and Ady Fisher

The inspectors were amazing and thorough! They showed extreme professionalism. They responded to all questions with courtesy and respect. I would recommend them to everyone I know. It's unfortunate that I can't hire them for other areas in my life because I truly enjoyed working with them. Excellent communication skills. They did a great job explaining things to a home inspection novice such as myself.

The team was here promptly, examined all areas of the house that were accessible; talked to me throughout the process about what they were seeing, explained in detail the areas of concern before they left and provided a thorough report via the company web site. The wife of the team is someone I know through community volunteer work. I trust her and that is why I hired them. I am happy that I knew they were in this business when I needed the service.

It was a very detailed inspection, we have had other inspectors in the past that have finished in 30 minutes, but this time it was different. It was well explained and at any moment that we had any question they took the time to simplify it into terms to make sure we understood. We also loved it that she spoke Spanish because it was much more easier to understand everything. Overall it took a little over 3 hours but it was well worth the wait. Thank you guys!

Here is a copy of the email I sent to the inspector, Tim, after the inspection was complete: Hi Ady and Tim, I wanted to say thank you so much for the extremely thorough inspection you did. I am very particular, and you exceeded my expectations. You took the time to review and explain everything to me at the beginning and end, as well as during the inspection. I was even able to measure all of the rooms. I love your reporting as well, so simple to understand, and each item is clearly rated. And I had a completed report the same day as the inspection, phenomenal! As you know, the inspection on my current home wasn't up to par, and I was very hesitant going into this. Please use me as a reference, and thank you again for a superior job! Happy holidays to you and your family, Bonnie.
